1. Overview

At Bilgesam LLC, we strive to provide excellent AI assistant services. This Refund Policy explains our guidelines for refunds and cancellations. We process all payments through Stripe, ensuring secure and transparent transactions.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • You will retain access to subscription features until the period expires
  • Any unused credits or benefits will expire at the end of the billing period

2.2 Refunds for Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with our services. After this period, no refunds will be provided for monthly subscriptions.

Annual Subscriptions: We offer a prorated refund within 30 days of your initial annual subscription purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for annual subscriptions.

2.3 Subscription Renewal Refunds

If you forgot to cancel before an automatic renewal:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge
  • We may provide a full refund at our discretion if you have not used the service during the new billing period
  • Repeated requests may not be honored

3. Credit Packages

3.1 One-Time Credit Purchases

Credit packages are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, we may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using purchased credits
  • Duplicate purchases made in error (reported within 24 hours)
  • Service unavailability for extended periods

3.2 Credit Expiration

Please note that credits may have an expiration date as specified at the time of purchase. Expired credits are not eligible for refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at bilgesamllc@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Provide the transaction ID or purchase date
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have been partially or fully used
  • Subscription periods that have been partially or fully used (beyond the refund window)
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly for any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Loss of all credits and subscription benefits
  • Potential legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

8. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. In cases of:

  • Extended service outages
  • Significant service changes that affect your usage
  • Billing errors on our part
